I really enjoyed this recap of the 2023 Games. The slow-motion video is beautiful! I think about the performances of the athletes when facing challenges in my own life - “Why am I here, I am not qualified for this, stay in my own lane, do my best, it will all make sense later on”.

Bethany, I am so glad you made this film. I loved it! Was great to hear your perspective, especially knowing the challenges you have had with your back. I heard you use the word "embarrassing" a few times and I was like no! I hope you realize you exceeded all our expectations! I hope you even exceeded your own! Just to make it to the games puts you in the Top 40 and you finished in the top half of those 40! AMAZING! And you add into that your back challenges = double amazing! In fact that really helped me hearing that! I'm a group fitness instructor and have had to deal with multiple injuries and having to realize making adjustments/modificaitons and slowing down is sooo frustrating. BUT to know you get to surive to workout another day is priceless. So to hear you listen to your body on the competition floor of the fittest athletes was very inspiring and showed such discipline. I hope you have a great offseason and stay injury free and can build upon your success you had this year because it was truly a succesful one!🙌
