So I'm rewatching this but I remember the first time I saw her pour the water over him, it gave me literal _chills._ I loved that scene so much, because she'd finally grown and had enough. Tbh, I'm all there for people standing up for themselves, so that made me real happy. Of course, I still ship it, but at the beginning Kyoya definitely deserved it.

These two anime just take the cake with toxicity in relationships like damn
Exactly. Not only Kuzu no Honkai but also Bokura ga ita, Mirai Nikki or Fukemenkai noise.
This relationship is not that bad compared to these, also he change is attitude and gets better. Especially when he fall in love with her and understand that she don't love him for the money or because she want something in change of her kindness. For this reason he start to love her and see her with different eyes. So, in my opinion, their ship is not that bad. Also in the manga it gets even more interesting.😍😍😍 There we understand the reason of the strange behavior that he had before, knowing his past. So I don't hate them. Actually i kinda ship them.
