Just did mine on an 07. Was having a hard time mounting the new bulb. Noticed that the sylvania silverstar I’m replacing the OE with, already has the gasket installed. So no need to use the orange gasket that was OE
My headlight assemblies are mysteriously stuck, I tried removing them to change my bulbs. I've removed them before so I don't know what the problem is. I watched your video but because the lack of a top-down view when you handle the assembly I can't even see what you do.
Put the old bulbs back in to see it those are working properly. My 2012 Ford Expedition has daytime running lights and they have been fine with LED bulbs. I have had three different sets of light bulbs in this Ford Expedition.
Do you recommend only factory headlights. They are pretty pricey. Needing to replace mine on my 2010. They are clouded and weathered. What brand would you recommend that does not break the bank.
Can you show how to replace the grill?🥺 i have an expedition also and i just received my new headlights and grill to replace but the grill is a lil challenge for me. And thank you
We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows you how to replace the grille in a Ford Expedition. I will keep this request in mind in the event that we need to do this.
I live in Mexico and my navigator has a steel wire that holds the lamps. I ordered a new lamp because an automatic door hit it, but I don't see that steel wire in the replacement... Might it be something they put on cars sold here to prevent people stealing their parts?

You may have to wiggle them around a little bit but they should come free for you. Were you ever able to get them out?

The oe headlights will always be the best quality, however we have had good luck with the aftermarket replacement Ford Expedition headlights as well.

No the 2016 is a totally different design.
