So i bulk in other months and than in ramzan since i have to go in caloric deficit i can eisily manage my diet. For example let say my gaining diet consists of 2200 calories (1900 maintainance + 300surplus). Now my cuting diet must consist around 1500 calories. And now i am taking like almost 600-700 calories less and i can manage this in my diet. If i could than is this a good option to opt

Yeh month neki kamane ka hota h, iss month mein mujhe gym jaakr time waste nhi karna, 1 mahina Allah ka ibadat mein puri tarah laga dena chahiye kyuki 1 ek min kimti hai aur sawab bhi zyaada milega, btw mujhe 1 month hua start kiye huye but mera goal tha ki mai khud ko Ramzan k liye prepare kru aur gaining bhi kru….. baaki ka gaining process Eid k baad se start hoga…….
