Wordpress Image Tutorial

Just showing some friends how to do this. This is NOT for the Wordpress blog site, this is for those of us who use Wordpress for our websites (very different).
NOTE: For anyone else, this is just for us, I rushed through it. Of course, you can convert a .webp file to .jpeg if you want.
