They have four wheels out of which two are powered. There is no such thing as a two-by-two automobile.

Which road has bad situation ?
From Patrak to Thal the road is bumpy but from Thal to Kumrat Valley the road is only for 4 x 4 Jeeps

Unfortunately I am not a foodie but I would suggest Neelum Valley for Trout fish
