How much meat do you get from a whole hog? Will a whole hog for in my freezer?

Ask to keep the tounges, tounge chilli and tacos is absolutely fantastic. And they usually go to scrap or sausage.

You might want to consider picking a different processor. We have killed hogs for years. One hog will nearly fill a 6ft chest freezer. Two would NOT fit. Either your hogs are tiny or you are being jipped. My lard? I get a FULL contractor bag full of fat. I made 18 qts of lard and gave 4 contractor bags to the neighbors
