Stephen Wiltshire's Singapore Panorama. Full timelapse

- It took a helicopter ride over Singapore and 5 days for Stephen Wiltshire to complete his drawing of the city from memory at the Paragon between the 16th and 20th of July 2014.
If I were to do this, I need about a thousand helicopter rides, 500 canvases and 10 years.
SuperBat and I still wouldn't be able to do it after all that.
And I need 200 years 🤣
Bruh I'd just give up and stick to drawing cars lol
😂 😂 for me impossible
That's why he is special ❤️😂
I was there when he was drawing this. He is amazing. No people were able to stand and watch it for more than 20 minutes straight but he drew it without stopping and was enjoying drawing and listening to song. He drew it like a scanning machine does. Photographic memory
Right! That is a good point. He draws the complete view left to right. Never going back. No problem with size ratios. It is like he is rolling out printed wallpaper or something. The mind is an amazing thing! And are we only using 2% of it? I am so happy autistics usually have an amazing gift they can focus on.
Ideatic memory.
Chal jhute 😂😂
@@davidcopperfield-notthemag397 dude we use 100% of our brain. Stop believing in things you see in movies lol.
@@malsawmzela609 So you're saying we use 100% of our brains, correct? I will consider this information but only if you can 1) tell me where you did your numerological studies and 2) give some concrete information that corroborate what you're saying, otherwise you're just a jack ass that knows fuck all.
This draw by memory
Me :goes into kitchen and forget why I went there in the first place
hahaha
😅😅
What a brilliant and gifted human being beyond words!
This dude is in another league of awesomeness. I probably couldn't draw my own street from memory despite walking down it every day for the last 20 years!
Haha .... me too ..but i can draw cat sitting next door with beautiful lady🤣🤣🤣
Hi there! but i can draw mega cities which are truely mega
The world is truly blessed to have Stephen Wiltshire. I am late for the party as I only "discovered" this savant less than a week ago, but I have been enjoying his work since then. Simply amazing.
this man is a legend
This is so amazing. He also knows the scale, every building road, tree etc etc, fits perfectly in place.
So proud to be Singaporean! Thank you for drawing our beautiful city it's frighteningly acurate

You are so cool man !! Thanks for all you do for humanity !
Im proud to share a last name with this guy
Breath taking
Christian Serrano Really. I wonder how many distinguishable windows belonging of real people living inside those skyscrapers he drew. I if was to be living there, I would have commented with the exact second he sketched my window.
When I see this I am filled with awe and I marvel at the greatness of the human condition. Thank you Stephen!
Amazing. I love your drawings. Never stop!
I can't believe this! Is soo amazing omg I would love having this amazing intelligence you are incredible!!! I'm so proud of you ♥️
One of the coolest things, ever!!!!!! Good job!
Wowwwww!!!! Let's face the elephant in the "room"....GOD IS AWSOME TO GIVE HIM SUCH GIFT!!!! WHAT A MIRACLE!!!!!😲
Genius, Brilliant, Magnificent!!!
I can watch this all day.😍
I only saw the SG skyline when our plane landed but I can’t even recognize anything other than the Marina Bay Sands area. So amazing. Saw you on Great Big Story. I feel happy that there are some gifted special children. My nephew has autism and unfortunately he is on the lower spectrum.
Most of us in the Spectrum are not savants. Savants are very, very rare and it has nothing to do with intelligence.
great job! you are da bomb brother!! You have a great gift and thank you for sharing it with us.
I remember this guy from 20 years ago.Increadible!
Calcul 🧮 maths, etc..
Awesome to see how you go about your drawing! Amazing!
I see it, but I can't believe it. 😳 Amazing!!
Great stephen beautifull work and heavey work you do.
Incroyable de pouvoir démontrer les capacités de l'esprit ainsi. Merci pour vos partages🤗

Fantastic
THE SPICE MUST FLOW
U r a God sent full of talent.
He's a real "Human God of Draw"!!!
Amazing
This is really fascinating... He flew over on July 16th 2014 - I wonder if he would be able to draw the same thing from that same 2 year old memory today? Or would he need another flyover to refresh his memory? Truly, seriously, amazingly, fascinating.
fender8891 Actually, Stephen has an extremely rare disorder called Hyperthymesia, which allows him to remember things even when he has only seen them once. Some people can even recall memories from when they were as young as 2 years old. In other cases the people with the disorder can recite lengthy speeches and poems even if there only read that text once.... Knowledge droppped😎🤗🙂
@@aniciaduenas7858 I tried looking on google, but I haven't found an article where they explicitly say that he has hyperthymesia. It looks more like an eidetic memory to me, but anyway Stephen has an incredible mind just like the other Savants
My respect
Blessed
My art teacher said that you are one of his favorite artist
UFF lo maximo mi pana que bendición de talento que dios te regalo, nos deja una gran enseñando del poder de lamente y cuerpo.
this man is awesome, when one or more of your senses are taken away from you, the good Lord provides you with another, it is up to have the right person around you to see what you are capable of doing. I could not draw any of it at all, as I still draw two sticks for hands and legs and the circle for the head. His sister said their dad was from Barbados and mom was from St. Lucia.
AWESOME 😎
I wonder how many pens that he went through while drawing this.
Ha ha ha, yup and why is that exactly? FYI, all of the comments on the video are gone for some reason?
When he drew the London one I remember it was over 11 pens at about the halfway point.
Espetaculooooo gratooooo..
As my niece would say, he's got to colour it in now!
God bless you
Brilliant
Very nice
with this kind of talent , people don't see color.
What?
Savant? Very sure it’s Savant.
Oh it’s Autism.
Domerciful yes the lowest form of thinking and socializing is to look at race, culture etc to judge.
@@iamnotanonymous3983 he is an autistic savant
Would love to see San Francisco, California from the Farrallon Islands, the Golden Gate Bridge, down to the statue of Father Junipero near the airport
He's a true inspiration to everyone. He proves that autistics arent so different than everyone else and that anyone can be and do anything. No matter the struggle
Exceptionnel, très merveilleux
Même si j'avais sa mémoire, je ne sais pas dessiner.
I love watching his videos
My Autistic Artist Is 9,she once drew Sonic Hedgehog
When she got home from school. That was her first time seeing Sonic Hedgehog. I currently have her Draw And date it. She's doing cartoon Characters from back in the days.
talented man
OMG❤😍
Fantástico
My art teacher said you have a super power and that is to just ride on a helicopter once and draw the whole city
i knew this was tycho playing, love there music
🙏🙏🙏 ,,, super.
I have watched some documentaries and clips on Stephen. he is so gifted and yet so simple. I wonder whether he gets paid for the value of his paintings
I'm sure he doesn't ever have to worry or think about money and that's the way it should be (for everyone), especially for such a gentle soul
He has a gallery in the Clerkenwell area of London.
impressive
WOW
