You guys have no shame. You send me a ramp that cost over €3000 which was mostly cut completely incorrectly and required a lot of professional alterations. You also failed to provide any screws. At the time you claimed the ramp was made with high quality wood which would withstand outdoor weather conditions. We treated the ramp with varnish immediately anyway and decided to cover it, however covering the ramp just creates condensation which quickly lead to mold and extreme deterioration. The ramp was completely rotten, unusable and unsafe within 6 months. The wood simply was not good enough quality to be outdoors. I emailed your company many times throughout the whole process and didn’t receive a response until over a year later when I began court action. You blocked my family on Instagram and refused any responsibility for your terrible product. A year later and the court are unable to serve you the papers because you refuse to provide me with your correct address. You have since updated your website with maintenance recommendations and evolved your product to be suitable for outdoor use. But you have done nothing to resolve my complaint and hoped that I will go away. The best way to find out what the fair resolution would be in this disagreement is to leave it up to a judge. But you ignore me and refuse to allow the case to go to court. In my eyes you stole a lot of money from my family, and I will not stop until an opportunity for an independent party to judge our disagreement has been achieved. Or until you take responsibility for providing me with a ramp made from low quality ply wood that you claimed could withstand outdoor weather conditions.
