We are trying to build something similar from scratch and it's really awesome to see that this can be done with such a professional touch, really amazing!! Greetings from paradise, Aruba!
in those days, streaming wasn't a mainstream thing. So, the only live high schools what sourcing via a local TV station. Now, everyone with a laptop and a cheap cam corder can webcast. No, I wouldn't personally do it again as the business model is weak and the barriers to competition are non-existent.
As a business idea I totally agree. But, as a retired guy fighting the boredom here, it just looked like you folks were all having so much fun doing it. I know I’d volunteer for free just for the fun of it.
Well, it kinda depends on the state you live in. Im in Indiana and still assist adminning the state-wide IHSAAtv.org network. There's about 50 commercial webcasters that would love free help. You might look around yours.
Great stuff! I used to watch your channel on the web! I love what you do. Can you get me specs on the trailer and who did the retrofitting for the video equipment?
Having personally built 16 mobile units and designed numerous others I sincerely urge you to build a trailer and not a motor-in unit. Though they may seem "cooler" there are so many, many advantages (and savings) to a trailer they can simply not be counted.

Why were the cameras there when in the beginning they were in the middle?
Just an awesome video !!! You just are so great guys !!!
Great video. Loved how thorough all the descriptions were. It blows my mind that it only takes two guys in the truck for that.
Do you miss it? It looks like you were all having a blast doing it. Would it even work today?

The replay unit looks like a 3Play system from Newtek.
How much does such a production cost?
