[PoE 3.10] SSF Hierophant Archmage Storm Brand | 2 mil+ Sustained DPS | Update #3

This is the 3rd update to my Storm Brand Archmage build video. I was lucky enough to craft a new Crusader chest with explosion mod, so I can safely drop inpulsa for even safer mapping experience since the explosion destroy all monster corpses, so no porcupine spike! I am going to push to Lv100 soon, hopefully by this week so that I can retire this character and start another one, even though I am having a blast with this character.
This video is a juiced up Strand map with 4 sextant with extra mobs spawn, breach and Einhar master mission. I was so surprised when it happen at the end of the video!

That is the rampage counter granted by Sinvicta's Mettle which granted extra bonus on different tiers. You can read more about Rampage mechanis on this link: pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Rampage

Definitely not easy, I corrupted about 120 cobalt jewel to get 4 fevered mind, while my friend did 20 corruption to get 2, RNG :(
But it will be a big dps boost for the build, so it is worth it!

I would suggest a few changes with your current setup:
1. Try not to use ele focus since you will lose shock benefit for bosses at later stage (yes, we can shock bosses), use lightning pen instead.
2. Try to maximize the cooldown recovery on brand recall until it has 1.2s, anything lower will be just qol since you recall brand faster between packs.
3. You gotta grab more life if you feel squishy for higher tier map
4. Grab more fevered mind if you can, but mana cost will feel tedious if you keep recasting brand during fight, thus need more brand recall cd recovery
5. Pray for empower drop and get to at least level 3
6. For cluster jewel, if you are going to use spell version, you should probably get the spell block notable, lightning damage version will be better overall for damage. Otherwise remove the cluster first, and use Divine Judgement, you will save 4 point for something else first.
7. For amulet, if you can get more hp, mana, and es on amulet, you can swap atziri foible off, since it give no defensive attribute.
8. Aim for a 6 linked armor soon, that will boost your defense.
9. So far for weapon, my favourite are obliteration with crusader explode mod/inpulsa, alternative are heartbreaker for culling strike, apep rage for highest damage, or any good rare wand with cast speed, mana and % damage. You can use Fidelitas spike with frenzy charge and damage pen if you managed to get one lucky.
10. If you can, build up some chaos resist to prevent random chaos one shot too.
11. Try to get a shaper shield with life and mana recover on block, but don't bother too much until you have lethal pride for glancing block or have high enough block chance.
12. Don't forget your amulet annoinment! Mind drinker or dreamer is a good one
This build will feels good once you get your upgrade from time to time. Hope my experience can help you to enjoy better. :D

@@sirdec02 You will need about 150% cooldown recovery for brand recall to achieve perma brand uptime. There are couple of ways to do this:
1. Brand recall lv7 give 60%
2. Empower 3 give + 2 level to brand recall, so another 20%
3. 20/20Q second wind give another 29%
4. hierophant ascendancy give 30%
5. geofri crest +1 to all socketed gem, so 10+10+1 = 21%
All of these give you a total of 160%, so if you don't have empower, you can get another 20% from boot, and also +1 to all spell gem on wand give +1 level to brand recall as well if you managed to get one. The best would be to pray for empower drop.
I have 170% cd recovery (with empower 4) on brand recall which give me 1.11 sec cd for brand recall.
