A soothing yet deep releasing practice. Thank you for this class. It was the most relaxed I have ever been in supta baddha konasana with blocks and my heart opened. Aaaahhh! I feel great!

Amazing kate - the flows just keep getting better. I did the entire video and felt great. The only asana that im yet to do properly is Skandasna- my heel just never touches the ground and i always have to use my hands. BUt great set Loved it
I'm really enjoying the slomo yoga! It feels great for my body. By the way, did you manage to get your hands on a fresh batch of peppermint tea? I've also been trying out another tea that's absolutely delicious and I'd love to share it with you, rooibos tea (not the vanilla-flavored one) it has a refreshing and earthy taste. mmh, the slow transitions between downward and upward facing dogs around the 9 minute mark hurt my back. I'll have to take a break and I'll do another session another day. I love your videos, but this one didn't start so well for me.
