I hate taking meds too Sis. A trick is to put meds in your mouth, then take a sip of water, and then tilt your head down looking at the ground, instead of back, and it goes down way easier. It works too! I also keep a bar of Hershey's chocolate or Halls lozengesin the freezer to put in my mouth right after to get rid of that medicine taste. I usually take my meds with milk. You don't taste anything at all and it's thick and creamy enough to prevent chalky meds getting stuck

I can eat Corn Flakes without any sugar and just milk 🥛 Ugh 😩 But I absolutely love Frosted Flakes and the Strawberry 🍓 Frosted Flakes with sliced bananas 🍌 Yummy! 😋

Pardon my ignorance, why do they keep taking away the lights? I have noticed other African content creators saying the same thing. Are they upgrading them or something? I imagine it would be extremely frustrating to be going two days without power. We lose power here and people lose their minds and it’s only out for a few hours if that but we had a tornado and some people lost power for three days and they had all their food replaced by the government. Does your government do that too?? Sorry for all the questions xx I hope you are feeling a lot better now and I love your bed linens 💖
nothing just poor governance, greedy leaders . nothing is good in the country at the moment. in my location its been 3+years now no electricity and we have to buy fuel so we can use a generator.
About the light issue is like a thing now that we all Nigerians endure cause it’s no longer a big deal, everybody just learn to live with it and no the Nigeria government doesn’t replaced or support with anything to be very honest

@IAmquinbella. In Uganda their government sells the electricity to Kenya and when Kenya needs more power the native Ugandans do with out. This has happened soo much during Christmas time. I am from the U.S and I been there so much electricity outages are nothing to me either lol
@@IAmquinbella. that’s shocking and I am so sorry that you guys have to go through that. We lost power at my work for 45 minutes the other day and people were running around like headless chooks. I brought up what you queens go through in Nigeria 🇳🇬 people got irritated with me but I wasn’t phased. We don’t go through anything. Aussies are very, very spoilt I’ve come to realise.

I used to love adding sugar to my cornflakes and goldenmore but now I don’t like it at all 😀 I just add a little cocoa or bournvita to sweeten it and am good
