You can skip it, score is not affected. If you want to keep the speaking momentum, just use the retell lecture template and speak as much as you can, 20 to 30 seconds enough. Recently, one student did this way and got 90 in Speaking.

It works in speaking but it will not give a boost to your reading scores. If you’re capable of reading the whole text then please do it and ignore the difficult words
