Miniature Royal Phoenix Rolls Recipe | Miniature Cooking | Nem Công Chả Phượng Tí Hon

Royal Phoenix Rolls is a symbol of elegance in Vietnamese Royal cuisine. The dish is decorated with multi vibrant colours of vegetables and made in shape of peacocks and phoenixes. In the past, the rolls were made from real peacock and phoenix meat to serve the King. Nowadays, these two species are rare and no longer legal to be killed and processed into food. In order to maintain the culinary culture of Vietnam that has been preserved for generations, we combine new ingredients available in the market place but still maintain the look and the taste of the dish.
