“Reform UK Would Turn Back The Boats” Nigel Farage Promises To Tackle ‘Population Explosion’

- Talk’s Jeremy Kyle is joined by International Editor Isabel Oakeshott to discuss the launch of Reform UK’s “contract” to voters.
The party has plans to scrap Net Zero targets, introduce “smart” immigration, and ensure zero-tolerance policing.
The first two of the party’s five core pledges are on immigration, as it pledges to freeze “all non-essential immigration” which it claims will “boost wages, protect public services, end the housing crisis and cut crime.”
Reform claims it would “stop the boats” in its first 100 days with a four-point plan that would involve leaving the European Convention on Human Rights.

I live in a small town in the NE of England and saw my first burqa in my town for the first time. We haven't even got a dentist in the town now and rents are going through the roof. The lady you claim to have seen with a burqa is not the problem of the North East. The real reason is the lack of investment and jobs and ability to buy homes. You have to call out the government what happened to the levelling up. I have seen parts of Stoke,Grimsby etc absolutely run down and then you see the affluent areas especially in London enjoyed by people of all backgrounds, the difference is they have had the opportunities and investment. They paid Atos incentives to get people back to work but this caused a load of people turning to suicide, unfair results which then had to be taken to court to get justice. Paying people incentives will only cause corruption. I am 67 and 5 years ago this happened to me and my doctor played hell about it and my family took them to court and I won in the end. The mental side of it all nearly sent me suicidal, I would not be here but for my doctor and family.
