The one pictured has many names like the painted face ones and I call them the Kiss Boys. They have black hair, super white faces with lines painted on- to me they look like members of the band “Kiss” when they were painting their faces in the 70’s- I think. They are fear demons- they feed off of your energy when you are in a state of fear, distress, anxiety. Mess with them! 😂 Seriously, jump scare the buggers. It depletes their energy and there is no better way to deal with them. They are also known as a type of shadow people- there is more than one type. She may have felt them there while she was in bed…she felt afraid…they kept getting fed from her energy field. Some can see them at night (me) & they will try their best to scare you. If you aren’t brave enough to jump scare them, just turn on the light with a smile. They can’t bother you unless you let them. Prayers work because we feel safe and protected. If we feel safe, we are not fearful and they have nothing to feed on. They go try to find another fearful person.♥️🙏🕊✨
my dad told me that his younger sister was taken by duendes when was 4 years old. she went missing for like 3 days and suddenly appeared she told her family that stayed with tiny ppl who played, fed, and took care of her. shes older now and doesnt remember much of what happened. still a crazy story when the family tells it.

When I was a kid, me and a few neighborhood kids did the "Bloody Mary" chant in front of a mirror in my windowless garage. From that day forward, any time I entered a bathroom without the light on, a woman was there. Needless to say, I have few mirrors in the houses I've lived in. Then about two years ago, I was listening to a podcaster that talked about how we can unintentionally attract spirits and that these spirits can stay with us, if we don't release them. So, that night, I stood before the mirror with a candle and called that woman to me. I apologized and asked her to forgive me for my innocent childhood game and told her it was okay to go now. I've never seen her since.
Maybe she was keeping an eye out against negative spirits 😊 she may have felt responsible for your safety knowing what game you were playing, and when you told her it was ok to leave, she understood that you were grown up now and didn't need protection anymore ❤

duendes are also blamed for things that disappear. my grandma once lost her car keys and we were stuck in the house for a couple days, she ended up getting a copy of the key because we had looked EVERYWHERE and nothing, legit every where, under the furniture, under the sink, my sisters room, my drawers! everywhere. and the keys were no where. and the day after my grandma dropped like 1000 pesos for the new key, i was sweeping the living room, and found the keys right outside the kitchen. HOW ELSE are we supposed to see that than a duende

I'm from Brazil and we have an Brazilian folklore entity called Curupira, he is a forest entity portrayed as a child with red hair and his feet facing backwards. From what I understand in the last story, this happened in Latin America too, so I don't think it's a coincidence! That's really fascinating
The duende part is so real, it also happens here in the Philippines. That's why elders always tell us, don't play outside at night or don't go far away when we play and just stay around the house. Because these things happen.

Big search parties no sign of them for days and then suddenly they show up unharmed and confused like this guy said he was because he didn't see the day turn to night. Creepy stuff man. Ya know what after hearing the exorcism story, i no longer feel as horrible about all the times ive gotten sick and accidentally spray a medic/nurse/dr😂 i always figured i was their worst nightmare (i have Cyclic vomiting syndrome, a neurological condition that causes really severe vomiting episodes along with neurological symptoms) but now i just feel bad, not horribly terribly bad😂

My partner said when the emt pressed on my belly I screamed in pain and when he asked if it hurt, apparently I said "no im just tired". I also took off my pants and shirt right in front of one of the EMTs and my partner said he had to stand in front of me and got me dressed🤣 I'm so grateful that my partner helps me, cuz I cant even walk to the bathroom or anything.

The first story reminds me of something similar that I went through! I was in my early 20's and had a roommate at the time who had a boyfriend. One night when my roommate was at work (she worked late shifts sometimes), I was in bed (our bedrooms shared a wall) when I thought I heard the window slide open. I've been paranoid about home invasions since I was a child so I often try to dismiss what I hear as me being paranoid. But then I heard more sounds. I had my phone ready to call 000 and grabbed a pair of scissors and went and knocked on her bedroom door. Turns out she had left her window unlocked that morning so her boyfriend could get inside as he'd get there before she finished work. Would've been nice if she'd told me! Or he could've just knocked on the door instead of going through the window! I literally could've done some damage given how scared I was 😭
I went to the TikTok of the last person in this video and you could probably dedicate maybe half a video to him and his spiritual/paranormal stories. l listened to one about how his cousin was cursed by a witch, almost died, and he said she never seemed to fully recover. Like, she was not the same person she was before. He seems like SUCH an interesting person with So many cool and creepy stories to share. And that’s just one of them, he has a few more that I didn’t watch yet, and I think he might share more in the future because people in his comments are always asking.
My dad grew up in Mexico and I remember him telling us a story of him as a kid playing with his cousins near town but also near a wooded area. He says they were playing with a ball and one of the kids ended up kicking the ball hard and it flew over a few house and into the woods. So they are went their separate ways looking for the ball. My dad said that he was about 50ft into the woods when he heard some rustling, assuming it was another kid trying to find the ball, so he moved toward the sound. As he was about a few feet away from the rustling, he got this overwhelming sense of fear and says the hair on his body stood up and he took off full sprint back to town. Once he made it to edge of the woods he says he turned around and the ball they were looking for rolled to his feet. He picked it up and says he yelled out gracias, to which a voice that sounded exactly like his moms voice responded de nada and that made my dad run full sprint back home, where his mom was inside doing her household chores.
It's not just a face, the face us in the middle and it's not straight on its kinda turned like halfway to looking at you. The body is thin and dark. Dark hair slicked back. Hope that helps.

This last story about the duende, I've heard many stories like that around Brazil but what he described is the exact description of the curupira (a Brazilian folklore creature) cuz his most famous characteristic is the backwards feet and he lives in the woods kinda protecting it
Strangely enough, backwards feet is a common trait of fae & "otherworld" beings from different cultures around the world- from their folklores & mythologies AND from allegedly true sightings & encounters. 😨

I did not know other countries had these elf like creatures. In my home country of Trinidad, we have those too (and have Spanish influence) but we just call them Dwen. As soon as the sun goes down all children are called in because of these little creatures. That’s scary 😨
The last time someone broke into my house, they blew it up trying to kill us. We weren't home but the dogs were, and my neighbor and the cop that lived up the street ran in to let my dog, Jasser, out of the crate and our other dog, Lola, took off and was missing for 3 days. They both have severe PTSD and can't be taken to public places with loud noises or god forbid, someone has a cook out and there's smoke. Now I have a personal protection dog that's pure crack head energy and he's ready to fight anyone that tries to come into the house unattended by one of us, or someone walks up behind us to grab us.

When I was in highschool at the beginning of the Pandemic, my Spanish teacher gave us an assignment to research about different legends and creatures from Latin America. I feel like you could do a whole bunch for a video. Most popular and well known in the US. Is La Llorona. My personal favorite was called el cadejo or los cadejos.
The first story is basically that one episode of Over the Garden Wall where the owners of the tea companies both think their mansion is haunted 😂

I think what’s scarier then the ghosts and whatever is that in these huge mansions you just…. Wouldn’t know if someone was in the house. Like, yes, it’s a creepy old haunted mansion, but like… you could genuinely have an intruder just waltzing around or living in there and you wouldn’t even know.

I did not know other countries had these elf like creatures. In my home country of Trinidad, we have those too (and have Spanish influence) but we just call them Dwen. As soon as the sun goes down all children are called in because of these little creatures. That’s scary 😨

The last time someone broke into my house, they blew it up trying to kill us. We weren't home but the dogs were, and my neighbor and the cop that lived up the street ran in to let my dog, Jasser, out of the crate and our other dog, Lola, took off and was missing for 3 days. They both have severe PTSD and can't be taken to public places with loud noises or god forbid, someone has a cook out and there's smoke.
Now I have a personal protection dog that's pure crack head energy and he's ready to fight anyone that tries to come into the house unattended by one of us, or someone walks up behind us to grab us.
