This feels more like watching two guys sharing dinner while talking about stuff they're interested in, joking an generally just having fun. I mean, sure, it's Hot Ones, all of those interviews are incredibly well, but this one might be my favourite so far!
This is the most Hot Ones episode I've seen in a while. Pete just going "hold up hold up" as he's dying and Sean just barreling through the same spice and hitting the next question. This is exactly the dynamic this show was built on. Also I agree that his might be the best guest in wing performance. Pete coughed from the very first baby sauce wing and STILL powered through every last monster. Be proud!
This is honestly the first time I’ve heard of Pete, yet I’ve watched a few of the hot ones episodes. Pete Davidson is the perfect person for this. And the fact that he is one of the only celebrities that are honest and open and imperfect makes him one of my very favorite comedians.

"Gotta be honest with ya pal, I've been better". I come back to this just for that line. Classic.
There’s just something about Pete whispering repeatedly to himself “I still got it” that just makes me love him so much more than I already do
and I don’t know why lmaooo

That's from his dad beating his ASS !
welcome to growing up around the brass and getting soap in your mouth if you screwed up... hence, default manners.
I LOVE the fact, that this is such a down-to-earth interview.
Be proud!
Just another day for Sean lol
Lol you must be proud
Agreed. A lot of the newer ones seem to scripted and tame. This one actually was a Hot Ones episode
I'm pretty sure Sean was thinking "I really hope we don't kill Pete Davidson".
Before he kills himself??
FallopianJones red card 🚩
That is EXACTLY what he's thinking! 😂
That's why he forbid him at the end.

This is honestly the first time I’ve heard of Pete, yet I’ve watched a few of the hot ones episodes. But this is the first time I am crying and laughing and seriously worried about a celebrity guest lol Pete seems so down to earth chill and just overall a good person. He’s so cute, even while being tortured by the heat lol My favorite episode thus far

Me: Who the hell is Pete Davidson? Let’s watch and find out.
Me 14 minutes in: I think I love him.
that's how I was when I watched king of Staten Island. except I have heard of him before and knew he was engaged with Ariana grande. deff didn't know they called it off but I've been a fan of his ever since. hella UA-cam vids watched and his special on Netflix was top notch.
Check out the video of him and MGK where they take a lie detector test. It’s great
How can anyone not know who Pete Davidson is
Da fuck?

Bro is literally dying and makes back to back jokes about his dad and his mom. W comedian

Pete has Crohn’s disease. I have it too. This would kill our intestines, and the lining of our stomach. For DAYS! And DAYS!!!! He was probably in alotttttt of pain here but he did it like a G
I do too and I’ve been sitting here like .... could I even eat the most mild two without spending the rest of the day in the bathroom? Then I learned that he had it and I was like wow 1) he is a CHAMP 2) this is proof he hates himself
i am in no way comparing my ibs to crohns, but i woukdve been to the bathroom after eating the first wing😩 props to pete for this
I have it as well. I would’ve died for real. My stomach would have been deeestroyed lol
I have it too but I'm on exclusive enteral nutrition atm so I'm just jealous he gets to eat at all lmao
Same here and I have no clue how he got past the 4th wing without having a "necessary moment"
Da Bomb straight turned him into Mickey Mouse for a while there.
"he should really leave my friends alone" in this shivering mickey mouse voice, i was laughing my ass off
Reading this reply made me start crying 😂😂😂

When he said yes sir
Pete's such an underrated comedian. He's effortless, it's obvious he doesn't try to be funny, he just his. Compared to Kevin Hart, who is also great don't get me wrong, but he obviously tries way too hard sometimes.
Right. Like Pete is awkward but in a hilarious way. He just plays into his social awkwardness in the best way.
Yes, Hart forces it too much sometimes
But I mean it works for each of them. Kevin hart is hilarious because his jokes fit the way he is and Pete’s jokes fit the way he is too

I don't think it's a generational thing - it's an information literacy thing. See people of all ages jumping to conclusions and getting involved in shit without full context.
