Tour of ECHO MOUNTAIN and THE LOST PEOPLE MOVER // INSPIRATION POINT // IDLEHOUR // HENNINGER FLATS

Join me on an exhilarating journey as I tackle 14.6 miles of rugged terrain and ascend over 4000 ft. in elevation gain on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. 🌄 The adventure kicks off at Alta Dena Trailhead at 9 am, where I set out to conquer Echo Mountain.
Traversing the breathtaking landscapes of Castle Canyon Trail, I reached the majestic Inspiration Point, indulging in a cold McDonald's breakfast sandwich to fuel my spirit. 🥪 The trek continued through Idle Campground, leading to the tranquil Henninger Flats Campground, each step filled with anticipation and wonder.
Finally, the trail led me to the enchanting Eaton Canyon Falls, a sight to behold. 🌿 As the sun set, I reflected on the challenges and triumphs of the day, reminiscing on moments when water ran scarce and exhaustion loomed near. Yet, the beauty of the journey prevailed.
