My wife and I are 27 and we're building our first home! We are utilizing VA financing and are curious what your thoughts are on the pros and cons of using a VA loan are vs conventional lending. Love the new home you two! It's coming together perfectly.
I actually thought they were going to put like a basketball court, but maybe in the I guess the left-hand corner that’s near the gate n the drive-through but either way like all their ideas for the backyard 🎉
Such great progress in such a short time frame It's coming along so nicely im🎉 loving the vibe great ideas Cheers 🎉🥂 keep the up dates coming 😅 loving the ride👏👏🥂
Can you do a video on how you guys found your home and the process for actually buying like how much to put on the down payment and financing it. It looks amazing!
Is that a custom home? If so did you have to buy the land cash and separately finance the house? Or are you able to finance both lot and house under a single loan?
So me and my bf rent right now. We never bought a house but we are wanting our own house to grow our family in. We currently have 1 child but do want to have more in the future which I why we are trying to look for a home. Which loans would you recommend or what advice would you give to 2 early 20’s adults trying to buy their first home.
just a question, and this is my ignorance, what is what you called "Carne Asada"? i'm Chilean, so, in Spanish, you practically are saying "Cooked Meat" or more specifically "Roast Meat", so is a generic term or concept. i heard it a couple of times in JK. i think that in Mexican cuisine, there is a plate that is called "Carne Asada", which is a way to cook the meat, like pulled pork is a way to prepare the pig meat, or "Carne Mechada", which is how to prepared meat in a pressure cooker. So, i always thought that you mean that kind of plate o cuisine since I supposed that as californians is one type of food that you are used to, but then, in this video you talked about leaving the "Carne Asada" in the fridge before you cook it or roast it. so, maybe you mean it as a type or cut of meat? or is something else? i know the question is stupid, and maybe i'm overthinking it, but is one of those things... hahaha cheers
The term carne asada is used in Mexico and refers to the style of grilled meat in those countries. In South America, the term used for grilled meat is asado and it has a different style and preparation. Carne asada is grilled and sliced beef, usually skirt steak, flap steak, or flank steak though chuck steak (known as Diezmillo in Spanish), can also be used. It is usually marinated then grilled or seared to impart a charred flavor. Carne asada can be served on its own or as an ingredient in other dishes.

On the back wall next to the pool above the white tiles you should put a living wall across the whole wall

So basically it's grilled meat.
Should put grill away from the wall… wall will catch all the grease and smoke from grilling …just a suggestion 😅
Grill is just for decoration. No one is having a cookout in the desert.
please get a wind shield for the mic! 🙏🙏🙏
Man those walls in the back are massive lol like a mexican border or something lol
I wish I had that for my huskies 😂☠️
