I’m not interested in doing challenges but I am interested in cultivating a new creative hobbie (crocheting) and so I adapted these tips to that. For me what’s hardest is really doing it when life is busy, when I don’t feel like it, when my ‘why’ doesn’t seem strong enough.
Yes, these tips can definitely apply to building a habit for a new hobby too!! Hopefully leaning into your why will help when you’re lacking motivation.
