We have 2 cages. 1 in the bedroom for bed time 1 in the front room to be with everyone for the daytime. Is that okay?
Some birds struggle with it, many do fine with that set up! Just gage it on how your individual bird acts!

I love my conure. After 5 years - literally from hatch- she still bites me. I used to be emotional about it but learned a LOT over the years. But still, I dont allow her out around people because her bite is really traumatic.
I have a whole series of videos coming up about biting! It is something that can be worked on!
2 qustions.
One of our cockatiels likes to nibble on me. I have some age spots on my hand and she thinks she has to take them off. I don't want to wear gloves to hold her (She bites my fingernails to)
The other thing when she is held she makes a growling sound. Not a hiss, that's a nasty sound. This is like a low growl

(Our first birds, have had them 1 week. But if they are on the floor, I have one who will waddle over to me if I call her)

You can but you need to be mindful of anything scary that regularly goes on outside and also light levels!
