- Branding is so important for small businesses and I’m still learning as I go. One change I’m going to make today though is my own custom packaging. I mainly sell jewelry and functional art. Based on my products, I decided these velvet pouches fit my need. I looked into ways to add my custom logo on it to make these more Ellaful and discovered DTF transfers. In this video, I will use the transfers to create my own custom logo pouches. Let me know what you think!

Love this. Thank you for showing when things don’t go perfectly. It’s very helpful!
Really cute packaging, Ella!❤
Thank you, Kate! I finally have my own logo packaging now 😄

Thank you so much for this video, this has help me so much.
So happy to hear that! Thank you for watching!😊
These are really cute!! And a great idea!
Thank you! They make my work feel more “legit” 🤣
@@EllafulDeco Packaging really does give that professional look to things. I keep delaying my etsy store opening and attending markets till I get my packaging right
You can always improve your packaging as you go!! I’ve literally just put business cards with tissue paper for over 3 years😅. That’s 3 years of business and experience I would’ve missed out on if I waited. I also learned a lot and know my needs betters now. I’ve changed my products over the years and that changes the packaging as well. Start when you’re ready 😊
@@EllafulDeco Thanks for that input! I didn't think about it that way. But what you said makes perfect sense, rather than just waiting for everything to be perfect.
Can you make a video showing us how u sized everything to fit?
For this, I just copied and pasted my logo in a line and then copied and pasted the line depending on how long I wanted the sheet. I used Photoshop for this and I didn’t really maximum space or anything.
I’ll look into making a video for showing how I put together my transfer sheet in the future🙂
This is nice! Do you use the transfers that are like stickers without heat to use on resin pieces? If so, does the same place custom make them as well?
Thank you! I do not use the sticker like ones, but it looks like the shop does sell it. They’re listed as UV DTF transfers. I have no experience with UV DTF transfers yet, but will definitely give it a try one day!
@@EllafulDeco Ok thank you! Those are the ones you can use to put names or words and dates for your resin pieces. They are nice because no carving out letters is necessary. Great video!
Yes, those would be really great for personalizations! I’m currently using vinyl and cricut because I usually only need a couple at a time. The no weeding is the biggest reason I went with these heat transfers. If I get larger orders that requires customizations, I will look into those transfers for sure. I saw another maker use it as well and they said there’s no need to seal the transfers with a top coat. Another plus for that!
@@EllafulDeco Yes! the weeding seems like a real task. Looking forward to seeing you use the stickers in a video. Thanks for sharing.
