I would have fired that seamstress for being lazy about fitting the dress on Daria and having the stones to blame her for it. But on the lighter side, Brittany’s line “The bullet didn’t kill him?” was pure gold.
Yep! What an old bitty! Also, it's funny how they can make Brittany right on purpose without even realizing it since, from I remember from history class, though Lincoln was shot his death could have maybe been prevented, or at least put off, if the doctor hadn't dug around in the wound.
They really represented teenagers very well. Both Daria and Quinn have a lot of advantages from Helen and Jake's economic status, yet they do not see it (I mean, maybe not as much as their cousin, but still). Their answer I so teenage-like where they haven't been exposed to much or can realise their situation yet. really well done.
What I wouldn’t give to see her reunited with Nathan from the episode “LIFE IN THE PAST LANE”, provided that with a little help from Tom Sloane, Nathan now has a Class A CDL (commercial drivers license) and is the owner-operator of a 1960 Mack H-673ST cabover semi truck with a 40’FT Great Dane trailer with the vintage style wheel shaped landing gear?
Daria may be cynical about the whole bridesmaid's thing plus she also has to wear a dress that is formal but aside from that she does have a strong personality and a dry yet great sense of humor of course with a heavy hand of sarcasm and cynicism along the way making her interesting and reliable at the same time

Brittany is funny 😂 yea the dress keeper was an old bag lol
That shopkeeper is .... exceedingly rude. How did they stay in business? Even fake polite friendliness is beyond this lady lol
Obviously it looks like the shopkeeper has the personality of Edith Bunker; Grade A 100% Dingbat.
" You and Quinn are going to be bridesmaids. I made sure of that." You gotta love Helen.
Competitive Mom much?
this show feels like pure, condensed 90s
“You don’t have to get married if you don’t want to… or do you?”, comedy gold
Daria's so cynical and petty with those cutting one-liners! 😸😹

lol I wonder WHO she was thinking about when she said that 😂

I always thought there was more to the joke of the dress not fitting well, besides the hip thing
Daria would have probably been better off in something like Daisy Duke wears when waiting on tables at The Boar’s 🐗 Nest in Hazzard County.
Lol, I would have been tempted to go home and say that the Manager refused to serve me. 😂
That’s funny they mentioned my name scarlet lol and I use to Love Daria
0:30 Just listen to it, they even added the hum of the lights and the refrigerator. Such attention to details with such limited budget.
why is Quinn reading a magazine called Waif? LMAO XD
Waifish figures were the trendy body type in the late 90s. Kate Moss etc.
That magazine was the Fashion Club's Bible throughout the series
I wouldnt be supprised that jake still smokes weed
