I love how Ben refers to this as “simple stuff” !!!! Haha - for me, this is SOoooo next level! Ben, wonderful tutorial. I’m going to practice until I get this. Beautifully done, friend. Great playing, fantastic teaching. Thank you.
ben, i think you're providing a real service for us pickers out here, and i for one, sure do 'ppreciate it! i've performed for years, and everytime i watch norman blake and tony rice, they drive me foolish! thanks for sharing with the rest of us! i do lots of gospel, and i'm going to have to soon sign up! Lord bless y' buddy!
Thank you very much for your incredible videos. I increased my picking since I discovered you 2 years ago. I just bought your album. I'm 42 years old and I probably bought more than a 1000 albums in my life but there's only a few of them that I can say that I like all songs in it. Now yours is one of them. You did a real great album. Thanks again to you and your sisters.
Excellent lesson. I recommended it to my bluegrass students at UL Lafayette. We are working on this tune and you do a great job of presenting the guitar style.
Banjo Ben Nice name lovely playing I would love you to teach us on youtube your favourite gospel song on acoustic and also with tabs, May God bless you
@thetower07 Look at Paige capos. Ben used to use them. I'm not sure what kind of capo he is using in this video, but it looks more like a Schubb design.
the corresponding mandolin lesson would be really nice. But this is as good as it gets concerning bluegrass lessons. I already learned some great licks from you.
I like it in C. Too I also. Play ill fly away in C,,, thanks. I play with a three finger roll. And alternate pick. Too. I'm a an doc Watson fan. But. This is similar to what I do.
