I love this house. Beautifully designed, the size is decent and this is perfect for a single guy/girl who loves to own multiple cars or even to a small family. I can see myself living in this house.
what an unusual house layout, for me at least. I would have made the first small room next to the main door as the powder room instead. I felt claustrophobic when Julia entered the actual powder room 😵💫😵 btw why are your videos so dark and gloomy? I know Julia likes dark theme but it doesn't go well on your videos 😂
150M for the worst layout for a house i have ever seen. The house doesn't really screaming "Luxury". Better of buying a piece of lot inside the same subdivision and build the house of your own design.
