Wow! Abi I like today's class very much! I learned very important and useful words. Moreover it's fun pls continue this as episode.🎉🎉🎉 I am very grateful.
@@marakienglishwithabi8159 by the way, parttake in a holy communion is not that far off, some folks would say that.I live in Canada for while so know what i am saying.
"Lather up" typically refers to the act of applying soap or shampoo and working it into a foamy lather, especially when washing one's body or hair. Here are some examples: 1. "Before shaving, be sure to lather up your face with shaving cream to soften the hair and protect your skin." 2. "She lathered up her hair with shampoo, enjoying the rich foam as she worked it into her scalp." 3. "After a hard workout, he lathered up with soap, scrubbing away the sweat and grime to feel refreshed." 4. "To wash dishes effectively, it's important to lather up the sponge with plenty of soap to cut through grease and food residue." 5. "The children giggled as they lathered up with bubble bath in the tub, creating mountains of foam."
This was a great lesson Abi, you two did an awesome job covering each practical and advanced conversational English. It would be greatly appreciated if you could do more conversational English since that's what we tend to use daily. In my opinion, that is. Thank you always 😊
"House of mourning" you can say this in English for "lekso bet" because that is what it says in the scripture "It is better to go to the house of mourning than to go to the house of feasting, for this is the end of all mankind, and the living will lay it to heart." Ecclesiastes 7:2
Thank you so much, Abi! By the way, I didn't get a notification for this video, I don't know why! I just found it by checking your channel! Great work as usual!
I really appreciate your work abi thanks for teaching us. I like your video with bos also but it didn't make us to participate and practice just like your previous videos for example in your previous videos, you give us a word and ask its meaning, how we use it in a sentence. You do this by asking us in amharic and make us to change it to english and use the new word . So could you make your video make us to practice english?
Hello Abi, I'm a huge fan of yours. I've repeatedly commented requesting explanations for these 3 words 1. As a matter of fact 2. As it happens 3. For that matter So please do ❤
As usual, you guys are amazing. A little correction in this session." I caught a draft" that has a different meaning. it should be "i caught a draught." Keep it up the good work.
christening is a noun and Christen is a verb so as a verb it has 3 meaning :- 1. baptize and name somebody(probably the literal meaning) 2. give name to something or somebody(Contextual) 3.use something for first time(Contextual) so the first video you showed about christening shouldn't be taken literally, I think it has to be contextualized, when she says "Ronnie christened me lady downfall" I think she is trying to say- Ronnie called(named) me Lady downfall. so You better check that out.
I appreciate you both thank you.
CONTINUE..
Thank you! Will do!
