I totally recognize myself when you talk about live crisis, ups and downs, anxiety and not enjoy the present. I guess the covid crisis has impacted a lot of people and especially the youngs with these questions "what i'm gonna do about my life ? what I really like ?" but I think that's also a part of the twenties. For those who are going through those periods, I send you love and courage, and just remember to trust time.
I feel the same as you do about what to do after college. I start my senior year of college tomorrow and I have no idea what I’m going to do. It’s nice to know that I am not the only one. Also, I’m so stoked about the podcast!!

my favorite night ritual is writing a bit before bed. Also, Tree Hut has some pretty good body scrubs. They're gritty, but not super gritty. But they get the job done for me.
