Also B.A.P made a profit of $10 million but never got paid their parts, TS CEO kept all the money for himself. So ,those are basically the reasons to fill the lawsuit. There have been 2 court meetings already but TS is being a b*tch not submitting their files/reply/evidence and they keep delaying the process.
