Night City Alive is a must have mod for me. In fact, CDPR should implement this mod into the game itself. Not only does it make NC feel more alive, the latest version actually spawns NPC bike riders in normal traffic. So, now normal residents of NC also drive bikes instead of just V and other gangs/factions.
I still have no idea why they chose to not have npcs on bikes, like what's the logic here? The city is filled with these goofy looking bikes yet only V rides them? Good to see a mod address this.
Enemies of Night City is essential. Your character can still get over powered and hard to kill. I'm playing on the hardest difficulty as a melee character and I'm almost unkillable. This mod makes the game a proper challenge.
Big reason why cdpr shouldn’t quit this game it literally just came out it’s actually playable as well and close to what was promised except we don’t have the crystal palace yet
Deceptious Quest Core is by far the most exciting and innovative mod ever released for Cyberpunk. It opens up SO many possibilities and the addition of new quest frameworks is HUGE although tightly constrained atm. Enemies of Night City is also a gamechanger for those of us looking for the RPG elements and not the OP looter/shooter experience. Similiar to Lifepath and Gang-Corp Traits (same author) but not compatible atm sadly.
That survival system mod is so beneficial to just the maintaining items in general. Like I would never pick up food or drinks or sleep because it's not that important in vanilla Cyberpunk besides giving you a bit of a buff but it doesn't negatively affect you either so this mod is pretty awesome.
While Night City Alive is a very cool mod that bumps immersion, it unfortunately has also caused some quests to fail if a fight breaks out near you at a bad time. (Following Cynthia particularly, ended up reloading/redoing that nearly six times when some gunfight broke out on the street and the quests instantly failed)
Survival System mod makes so much sense. Allowing you to engage with your character's needs forces you to take part in the more recreational side of the Cyberpunk experience. Just based off the environment alone, you are "living" in Night City...not just playing in it. Also gives purpose to all the food you keep picking up while on missions, that you most likely forget about.
If they could combine the survival system with drinking and eating animations (while still being able to move), I would 100% try it out but I honestly don't enjoy going into my UI often to just consume stuff. If a eating/drinking animation mod exists though, y'all gotta let me know.
if Custom Quickslots got updated for 2.0 and 2.1, you should be able to place food and drinks on your quick access interface and consume them pressing just the bound key

Hey! I'm using one now, maybe it's new. Check Nexus, a mod lets you press L3 while standing outside of combat to consume what's in your inventory, you can even choose a soft drink, alcool, or food, and even smoke.
Made the automatic tech revolver with preem weaponsmith, but added burst fire. It now has fully automatic burst fire, and far too much recoil to hit anything more than 2 or 3 shots unless you rip your mouse down. It's the greatest, scariest weapon I've ever made.
I'm kind of confused about Night City Alive. I swear I've seen gangs running around town, rival gangs going at it on the street corner, etc in my un-modded game. I distinctly remember Maelstrom going full Valentines Day Massacre on some Tyger Claws, then I walked up and stole one of those gaudy Tyger bikes that the owner wouldn't be needing anymore. Maybe that was a canned event, but it sure felt spontaneous.
That's a premade random encounter placed in that specific zone by cd projekt. Night city alive includes gangs as part of the population so encounters can rlly happen randomly and anywhere
Gangs of Night City is very similar to Night City Alive, except it allows you to actually join the game’s various factions (save for Barghest and more minor factions) and get faction-based rewards.
Correction, Enemies of Night City was available about a week - 2 weeks tops after the big update, it came out far earlier than just a few days. I was playing modded Cyberpunk with well over 40 mods within the first week. It was previously on v1.3 or 1.31.
The problem with Night City Alive is it only is a RedMod version, no standard version. And RM is VERY unstable. Expect it to crash your game every 1-2 hours. I have about 20 others mods installed and they run fine, game is quite stable. I turn this mod on and CTD around every 90-120mins. I love the concept and what it does but using RedMod causes issues. I posted this problem on the nexus mod page, asking for a non-RM version and the mod author deleted my post. So take that as you will.
@@GaaraFPS I find it odd then the 2 dozen I got I have no issue I turn this on and boom, problems. It's my only RedMod mod. So either it's a conflict with another mod, or like many others have posted about RedMod is as a whole fairly buggy. I'll go with the consensus of the internet then one person implying 'I don't have a problem so it mustn't exist.' And before the predictable reply, of course not EVERY person is going to have a issue with RedMods, Law of averages state that. but clearly with all the people posting about such SOMETHING is going on with them.

Mod author here, I never deleted your post anywhere ;) I answer all questions and already answered the question about non Redmod version (I failed every time and have no more freetime). The CTD crash you experience is because you - I think - use old broken mods non updated to 2.1 CP77 that conflict with REDmod. Anyway, I take my time to answer to anyone that have question and never deleted a post. You are free to like or don't like the mod and discuss about it on the main page ;)
Stealthrunner hasn't been updated for 2.x yet so it's not a good idea to advertise this one as the author notes that he'll release it once he's finished PL with the mod to ensure it works. For the guy that said RedMod is unstable, I don't think so as I have Night City Alive and it has been working as intended for long stretches of time. However, if you add MULTIPLE RedMod mods then it starts to break down as I think it isn't designed to be like Skyrim where it can overwritten multiple times. Weaponsmith 2.0 does interfere with a few mods so you need to read to ensure you don't have those mods interfering with it.
equipment-ex and cyberwere-ex should be implomented, ied love to be able to fully crome out my V both with cyberwere and body enhancements, like replacing the legs with those ones that tappen out to a point or have a diffrent coloured arm/arms
I'm kind of surprised they didn't make a mod where it recreates the scene in the anime where you could save Rebecca because "you're built different" and "I could have saved her" meme and create an alternate timeline.
Honestly my only nitpick cause I can kind of understand it and it’s also consistent lore wise but the fact you can’t use your quick hacks while having a Sandy equipped but makes sense cause you’d be massively OP
Used to use a mod called "disassemble your items to get crafting specs" and it would have gone great with preem weapon smith. Sadly, the creater deleted it or something cause you can't find it on nexus anymore.
I think the Survival system was a breath of fresh air. I love mods that make consumable items of realistic importance. Kinda makes u more satisfied to see ur V solve their hunger or thirst. Gives another excuse to use those items that u can realistically just skip using altogether in an entire playthrough of the base game if u wanted to. But Deceptious is for sure my most favorite out of this list.
I had to uninstall Night City Alive because it becomes f annoying fast, at the 4 time you see the same cars with same enemies doing the same things and disturbing my beloved Night City npcs lol
I wish someone would figure out how to get the gigs to reset, just so you can do them again for fun, maybe like rotating, once you finish all the gigs, it starts at the start, with enemies and loot scaling to your level.
If you're still curious, I recommend starting with a simple cosmetic mod to "break the ice". Then, if your save files are on the cloud, you can easily try things out and just reinstall the game if you lose control, and try again! Most mods you just "drag and drop" into the game folder!
A lot of the mods that just showed up in game are CDPR QA mods. Creative assembly does that a lot as well. They dont advertise it because of how ganers react these days
As a purely console player myself, i'm so devastated that we can't have mods added to our games. Some of those sound absolutely genius ! I know i could get a PC and do it that way, but my brain can't compute playing with a mouse & keyboard 😅

Controller support is pretty good for this on PC with most mods supporting controller as well. Recent update added native dualsense features, if you use that, and it feels just as comfy as gaming on console. I bought a pc purely to mod this game and it was one of the best decisions. Gaming was falling off for me on console but pc modding opens so many new avenues in EVERY game, even one’s I’ve played hundreds of times already or came out a decade ago. It’s a great time to get into it as well, with the Nvidia 40 Super cards releasing this month for great value, even if you choose a prebuilt pc.
too many mods have not been updated and since the release of 2.1 alot of new bugs have come for example the finishers. CP will likely release another patch, until then downloading mods is kinda risky.
I don't have time to watch whole video but it could be cool to talk about FSR3 mod for Cyberpunk. it's bugged for now but it seems very promising to enable Frame Generation on RTX 2000 and 3000
I wish there was a quest mod that cures v from Jonny silver hand taking over our body without adverse side effects and allow us to play the game with or without him without bad side effects
CAN anyone answer this for me? "Are the the sleeper rounds for the arm launcher no longer a thing? as I do NOT see slots for the arm launcher anymore and NO cyberdocs carry the rounds for them anymore??" I know there is/was a Mod for this, but cant seem to find either a doc that carries arms with slots for ammo type for them or even the ammo for them, even at the recomended places for pickign them up...
They got rid of that. Cyberware has been totally reworked in 2.0. I personally feel for the better. Using the arm launcher as intended actually feels good and not cheesy right now. You can make entire builds around it.

@JuiceHead - hey mate are you affected by the quickhack bug where, after looking at a hackable object via the scanner the quickhack tooltip remains on screen until you look at another hackable object via the scanner then toggle off the scanner which will make the tooltip disappear. Myself and many others are affected by this bug (for years now) and was wondering if you were affected too as I've never noticed this bug in your vids.
The new cyberware slots mod would be useless for me, I can barely fit the cyberware I want with 20 Tech and all perks in cyberware tree. Unless it also adjusts cyberware cost
two things i can not figure out. 1. how i can get slow time capability. (v 2.1) i have the nervous system that says i can slow time when sliding and shooting at the same time. but i can not do it. 2. i have a lock icon on my cyber capacity very low. how do i move it higher and get more capacity ?
I just want a working 3rd person mod. So I can see my character more 😅 Why give us all that customization and nit let us see it? Plus the combat could he more immersing and fluid. Sometimes FP games make my head spin, I live being able to look around the landscapes as I move my camera. Though from 7:18 I like all those mods so haha
do all the animations for the stealth finishers work? after 2.1 atleast with mantis blades. it only plays the X cross slash since the finishers are bugged I miss the mantis stabby animation.
8:50 Tried using this before 2.1... even with all of its requirements installed, the only notable thing it did on my end was cause frequent crashes, as though I were playing a Bethesda game.
Cyberware-EX makes the game too easy and capacity isn't stopping it's power, too powerful for a normal playthrough you should only use this if you've completed the game already.
What mod manager is everyone using? I've been trying to use vortex but cant get anything to really work with it and I've used various ones for other games in the past.
I spend the last 2 days trying to install mod that required RedScript but is a nightmare I can get it to work if is not one error is another one I'm tired of UA-cam videos and links that don't help me at all, so my question is it worth all this hassle ? what are your best mod out there that don't need RedScript?, because this one is needed in more than 600 Mods
All I want is a working mod that removes the 60 limit on my levels. If I want to max out all skills and perks, let me do it. I didn't even start Phantom liberty yet and I can't level up anymore no matter what jobs I do. That's just stupid. At first I thought it was a bug. Like why is this even a thing?
I think 80 is a good number. But i suppose that would be cool. I mean theu did already add 10 levels to what it was before. So 80 woupd be perfect, if not 100.
But the 2.1 patch already released at the time of this making, does it make this already outdated. You keep on saying 2.0. It's confusing, there are plenty of other videos with better description that I would rather refer to at this point.

I have 172 and quiet a few are redmods. I deal with 0 crashes including crowd density mods

You also have to throw the dice with Night City Alive because it CAN interfere with some quests if things kick off around those scripted interactions.

I use the AGIS mod, adds lore friendly stores for every kind of item using virtual atelier which includes crafting specs

I wish the drone mod was working again on the latest version. If you combine that with some of the challenge mods it lead to some epic battles.

you can use a controller on pc too, i moved from console too and it was well worth it make sure to go with a high end build

How stable are Enemies of Night City and Night City Alive? Do they cause much issues or crashing?
any recommendations if u have eat sleep and drink and the 24hreal time mod ?
Survival System?? Interesting. Ive been using 'Live In Night City'. Might test to see which is more immersive.

@JuiceHead - hey mate are you affected by the quickhack bug where, after looking at a hackable object via the scanner the quickhack tooltip remains on screen until you look at another hackable object via the scanner then toggle off the scanner which will make the tooltip disappear. Myself and many others are affected by this bug (for years now) and was wondering if you were affected too as I've never noticed this bug in your vids.

The new cyberware slots mod would be useless for me, I can barely fit the cyberware I want with 20 Tech and all perks in cyberware tree. Unless it also adjusts cyberware cost

two things i can not figure out. 1. how i can get slow time capability. (v 2.1) i have the nervous system that says i can slow time when sliding and shooting at the same time. but i can not do it. 2. i have a lock icon on my cyber capacity very low. how do i move it higher and get more capacity ?
Best mods to increase the game diffuculty is really what half these mods are.
the only problem i have with cyberwear-ex is that i can trigger only sandy and i cant trigger cyberdeck overclock
You need to hit TAB and be in the screen where you’d use a quick hack then hit E. Just don’t be pointing at anything, then overclock works

Plus the combat could he more immersing and fluid. Sometimes FP games make my head spin, I live being able to look around the landscapes as I move my camera.

do all the animations for the stealth finishers work? after 2.1 atleast with mantis blades. it only plays the X cross slash since the finishers are bugged
I miss the mantis stabby animation.
I noticed that too, whenever I use my katana V just slashes them and doesn't use a finishing animation,I really hope they didn't remove them

8:50 Tried using this before 2.1... even with all of its requirements installed, the only notable thing it did on my end was cause frequent crashes, as though I were playing a Bethesda game.

Anyone know why my first equip and finisher mod isn't working? Like any mods that don't go with it or are they messed up since 2.1 update?
Cyberware-EX makes the game too easy and capacity isn't stopping it's power, too powerful for a normal playthrough you should only use this if you've completed the game already.

What mod manager is everyone using? I've been trying to use vortex but cant get anything to really work with it and I've used various ones for other games in the past.

I spend the last 2 days trying to install mod that required RedScript but is a nightmare I can get it to work if is not one error is another one I'm tired of UA-cam videos and links that don't help me at all, so my question is it worth all this hassle ? what are your best mod out there that don't need RedScript?, because this one is needed in more than 600 Mods

All I want is a working mod that removes the 60 limit on my levels. If I want to max out all skills and perks, let me do it. I didn't even start Phantom liberty yet and I can't level up anymore no matter what jobs I do. That's just stupid. At first I thought it was a bug. Like why is this even a thing?
I think 80 is a good number. But i suppose that would be cool. I mean theu did already add 10 levels to what it was before. So 80 woupd be perfect, if not 100.
But the 2.1 patch already released at the time of this making, does it make this already outdated. You keep on saying 2.0. It's confusing, there are plenty of other videos with better description that I would rather refer to at this point.
