Not sure if this helps but I personally have like two drives and merging them helped, though it wasn't exactly intentionally but kinda. So I have a drive to not dismiss what is natural for the human body, what is normal, what is genetics, and still healthy. But I also have a drive to still frgn want what I want and to get to see the type of beauty I want to see. So for me these two drove me to learn to genuinely like natural human bodies. It's weird bcs I have some OCPD-ish symptomatic and you'd expect someone like me to double down on the negative and not let go of my ideals but ig allowing the normal to exist and BE GOOD is also an ideal of mine and it drove me to change my ideals for aeathetics. You can absolutely change your ideals for aesthetics. For example I always wanted the area between my lower lip and the edge of my chin to be flat. That is literally so extremely rare, I kid you not. I started deliberately looking at that area on people and I changed my view. I still like that sort of thing - I still prefer it when it's on the flatter side, there's still _something to it._ But I've learned to isolate the "something to it", dismiss the extreme, and appreciate it in combination with what is natural and normal, and see the beauty in that. Also, whatever it is you want to look like, for any part of your body, you will not have that look in every angle and lighting. So that helped too. It literally physically is a trade off and can't bot be because that's how 3D shapes work, there's no "being better", it just is. Also, focus. Focus is in some sense reality bending. Whatever I focus on aesthetically as I look at something that shapes how I perceive the aesthetic. I've come to appreciate different people's webtoon/cartoon art styles cause I feel they capture bits and peaces of what different people like to focus on when they look at a face and/or a body. The thing is, my body is what it is, and when I change it through exercise and what not it's still going to be one way at a time yaknow. At any point in time it just is what it is. And I choose what to focus on. I realized that as my focus was already shifting to focus on what I find beautiful. The ugly gets boring at some point. Idk about you but my ugly is like all the same, I haven't changed much. Stuff just is what it is. E s p e c i a l l y in the moment. It's so much more fun to enjoy the beauty instead. My own face and body give me so much pleasure just to look at. I really hope this helps. You're very beautiful. I'm sure somewhere in your head you know that already. I have bicep veins...its not over rated at all because in the gym even though people are bigger than me, they don't have that aesthetic vein popping out during a pump and people do notice them trust me.

So many people that call him a fake natty forget that most of his footage that he uses (and with most gym influencers) is right after a workout with a pump, plus lighting, plus whatever else I’m not remembering. Making them look way freakier than he actually is. Plus, as far as I can tell, this is Max’s job and he makes money off of this. (I think he says it in one of his longer workout vids) He has all the time in the world to meal prep, workout, and rest.
So when you start working out you feel like you want to fix your body and so you do but then greed takes over and it becomes obsessive. This creates a toxic relationship with excericise causing you to hate it but love it at the same time. Or, after it becomes obsessive and a coping mechanism, you train too much, hurt urself and aren't to train again. That leaves u more depressed. Hope it helped!
MAX!!! I got a serious question. How do I know when to cut? Is there a point where your bodyfat percentage can get too high while bulking? I'm doing a minicut soon, but do NOT want to cut yet. I want to continue bulking to make serious gains.
Max might not respond so here is something that really helped me. It is considered the golden rule in bodybuilding. Cut until you are satisfied with your amount of fat, bulk until you are dissatisfied with your amount of fat. I go by this and not weight when cutting

I can relate..you start working with a physic in mind ..but than you discover about genetics and other factors and it became hard to keep going. But i think i passed that phase..still not satisfied with my body, but volonterous to reach my prime. Even thought i'll never have some features that i thought i would have had when i first started, i wanna see my full potential. I discovered that only one fact is true for me.. sit without working is a worse feeling than working without getting the results i desire.

I can relate..you start working with a physic in mind ..but than you discover about genetics and other factors and it became hard to keep going. But i think i passed that phase..still not satisfied with my body, but volonterous to reach my prime. Even thought i'll never have some features that i thought i would have had when i first started, i wanna see my full potential. I discovered that only one fact is true for me.. sit without working is a worse feeling than working without getting the results i desire.
Thats why i switched to boxing and started chasing cardio with some lifting strength too. Just trying to become functionally fit and strong
I just don’t care now ima just stay fit
Honestly you have great mass, just cut down and maintain. Mental health is much more important than a couple more pounds of muscle
