Love Glendale CA. I lived there for 15 years and the best years of my life. I moved out but always keep coming back to visit since I know people there. It got a little to crowded for my like, but all in all still a great please to live.

Any tips for getting to LAX from Glendale? Any shuttle services, for example?
The fly away shuttle at union station in downtown Los angels goes to LAX. From Glendale I’m guessing you can take the gold line train, a bus, or an uber to union station to catch the fly away shuttle(if you don’t mind all the transfers lol).

2,000 sq Ft home 1.2 MILLION….oh hell no lolll that is not affordable hunny. Probably over 70% of people cannot afford that.
Higher car insurance because of Too many speeding cars. Check out the accidents and deaths by motor vehicles, especially on Glenoaks. Very entitled group for an average city. Check out the comments here. She said it, not me.
The problem in Glendale are the entitled ARMENIAN drivers who think they can drive like lunatics, like they do in their country.
@ABA........thank you!!!!! They're idiot drivers who don't care about the rules or laws. We were at Vons Market on Glendale Ave, and saw someone in a brand new BMW back into a space & hit the light pole. They pulled forward about a foot, turned off the car, and went into the market. Never checked her car. We saw another one pull into a space on No. Jackson St., and because the curb is high there, they scraped the whole passenger side of their car on the curb. The sound of it was horrific. They turned off their car, and crossed the street. Never checked their car. One more and I'm done: another one was backing out of a driveway on Chevy Chase Dr., and went full speed into moving traffic on Chevy Chase. The car coming on Chevy Chase had to swerve to the left into that lane, which pushed THAT driver into the median divider area. The idiot in the driveway? He took off, never slowing down or even waving "sorry". And yeah, we saw them all and sorry to judge people by looks, but yes, they were Armenian. Oh we've got a lot of examples.

I drove to the Glendale police station immediately and since he followed me, when he realized where I was heading, he vanished in the air. I had a good laugh that day and on him😂

Affordability is all so relative and as crazy as it sounds Glendale is the more affordable choice
@@ThinkRealEstate I love California but I’ve seen houses in Glendale that are very overpriced. Houses barely 1k square feet that are a million plus. I’m a college student getting ready to graduate and I’m just looking for a studio apartment to move to in California down the road. My issue is affordability and what I should be looking for in terms of pricing.

Armenian people have build Glendale for the most part, it's very safe and beautiful small city, unlike other cities, some are ghetto top.

@@kittyc1an873 not really, it's true, Armenian houses are remodeled, very nice, look at how Sunland, Tujunga used to be trash, but as soon as Armenian moved in, the houses are now remodeled, the neighborhood has changed, like I said they play a big role. Other areas are not so great either, I see so many old junk houses in so many places.
there is a reason Glendale is voted the safest city, yes go to other cities and find out how it is.

Glendale would be much better WITHOUT the entitled Armenians.
Correction… original Portos was in Silverlake. Too many young Armenian kids racing down Brand Blvd and no rent control so be careful if you move there as a renter. It’s way over crowded, stick to Brand Park and shop online or hit the Americana early on a weekday for yoga.
Don't move to Glendale!!!! Insurance prices are high to residents because of the famous drivers in Glendale. They have caused so many accidents and the other communities have to pay the price of the high prices of insurance. . Try to do a process at the police department. If you call or visit the lobby. upsss the employees treat really bad. They advertise about enforcing many issues: like tinted windows, wearing mask at that time. unfortunately it is only advertising. They didn't issue not even one no wearing mask ticket. parking is ugly, traffic even worse, don't pass close to a school. No organization to pick up kids in cars. people parking in places where they shouldn't and they don't care. to much drivers aggression. Don't miove to Glendale.
