This has been mentioned on here. The shortened seasoned and the addition of Sam (LL)took away from the character development of other characters. Not as much Kacy. I can take or leave Sam. He is helpful sometimes. There have been some really good episodes and some minor character development for Kate(being more bold) and Lucy(her disconnect from her family) but not enough episodes to keep it up. The season is almost over. Only two episodes left. If people are watching only for Kacy, then they will be disappointed. This is a police show not a rom com. It is always focused on the cases and the crime not a couple. Also, this is why the show should be renewed to make up for the shortened season. #renewNCISHawaii.
It should also be remembered that Al Bustami was not available for all the episodes. If she didn't have time for 3 out of 10 episodes because other projects were on the agenda (or to put it badly: were more important), then the fault lies not with the writers, but with the actress. If she is absent, it is not possible to develop a relationship or a character, which can and should only happen on the side. And yet: 4 out of 8 episodes offered a lot of Kacy moments, just in a different way than many would like to see. But yes, I already didn't like Sam in LA, even less in Hawaii. He also takes too much screen time away from Kai and Jesse. But I like the stories around Jane, also in her friendship with Kate (did you notice that she touches Kate's arm when she leaves the room in the last episode? That wasn't dramaturgically necessary and in the end such gestures aren't even part of Kacy's story).
😂 Yeah, good luck with that! 💪 I was done for the day when the Network released these. They really just don't care about this show anymore...the only show left with no renewal announcement...how late at night it is releasing sneak peeks...not releasing promo photos on time....🙄
She’s back but the question is, will Kate be there too? Will there be Kacy scenes? If no, why is Kate and Lucy never together anymore? Will they explain why Lucy was MIA? So many questions I want answered
