My school team runs 4*400 in 3:41. That team includes me (16 years old at the time of the event)... We had just 10 days of practice for the meet. So, this means my school team was good enough to compete in All India Inter-University level meet?🤔 Its mixed relay, but still 3:30, acc to me would be an easy thing to break when I grow up(my team members also)

That was very poor execution of 4x400 relay. No follow thru at the pass, everyone slows down before handover. Need better coaching.
This is not a 4×100 M race man. Keep in mind . 400 metre doesn't need superfast starting.
This is not a 100m relay bro. It is very hard to still be running fast while a handover after running 400m. You need a better understanding. I am a 100m sprinter from the USA. Trust me it wasn’t easy for me to run like that in the 400m.
@@icecoldgamer9482 i am also a 400 meter, many years ago and coached my son to olympic trials, he won the all american 4x400 2012. So, I do know what Im talking about. Lactic acid kicks in at 350 m. A well trained athlete will overcome that lag.

I don't know this sport as well, but not sure why the lanes were not kept after the first relay in 4x400 and most girls are running 1 or 2 lanes. Is that how this is supposed to be?
1st and second lane should follow their own track but 3rd and 4th's are not necessary..they can take 1st track
