In retrospect, yes. At the time these spaghetti westerns were considered overly violent and a bit ridiculous. That’s why they could only get a TV actor (Eastwood). Leone was definitely a visionary to be so ambitious and not toe the line.
This piece proves that a beautiful masterpiece need not be complex always...sometimes a simple chird progression does the magic... awesome

Nice playing! Ennio was one of the most underrated musical composers in history. His use of various “odd/unusual” instruments in his mix of classical style melodic music was pure genius. Many of the songs he composed for Movie Soundtracks have become classics on their own. Thanks for playing this awesome piece!
