My outlines in my journal are pages and pages of ideas, scenarios. Characters, dialogues. Currently writing my first feature i use many processes but one thing i find incredibly essencial is structure. That's my map. Without that I'll lose track. I will say this i do have my ending which drives my story. The beginning is what will hopefully grab the audience. Great video. Thank you
I concur with Mandell. I am around screenwriters who keep writing scripts with the same flaws as opposed to learning how to overcome their writing weaknesses.
