    From Dr. Julia Hunter ~
The primary CAUSE is ALWAYS inflamed gut- the secondary cause is putting on skin products that have ingredients to avoid in them (www.juliathunt...) that pour gas (inflammatory ingredients) onto fire (inflamed thus resulting sensitive skin).
NOW with acne and eczema and psoriasis people have a gene as well for these things BUT that gene has to be turned on like a light switch and the #1 cause of doing that is inflamed gut as well.
The secondary causes of inflammation AFTER inflammatory skin products with inflammatory ingredients are stress, not sleeping, dehydration, not enough antioxidants in the diet
SO to cure the inflamed gut FIRST and foremost which if not cured nor will the sensitive skin nor rosacea, eczema, enlarged pores, psoriasis, acne--
    1. Eat Right for your Blood type and get the app for your phone and download the book called LIVE RIGHT for your BLOOD type--also there is a little fingerstick kit you can get online and prick your finger at home to find out immediately your blood type or go give blood or ask your Mother and on some birth certificates in some countries.
    2. MUST have a BM every day at least once per day without thinking about it to have good skin so if constipated then:
    a -
Must drink 1-1.5 liters of water per day
b - eat 3-4 TABLESPOONS of olive oil per day
c - eat 1 TABLESPOON of whole GROUND Flax (linseed) meal per day on fruit or salad or oatmeal but cannot cook the linseed/flax
d - whole leaf organic aloe JUICE NOT GEL
REMEMBER to cure/heal inflamed gut it takes a good 1-3 months but everyday it gets better do all I am recounting here so be patient as Rome was not built in a day. Think how long it took to inflame your gut--
    3. L-GLUTAMINE-if the skin condition is quite bad then a scoopful every day in water and does not taste bad and helps heal faster.
ALSO EAT OKRA-REALLY good for healing the gut and learn how to bake with garlic and olive oil and onions and maybe tomatoes.
    4. IF the gut/skin is quite bad I add from my website GALT Fortifier made from super concentrated okra therapeutic parts and 2 pills twice a day for 3-4 bottles.
    5. EVERYONE needs to be taking for sensitive skin--VITAMIN D3 no matter what that crazy person said and I CHALLENGE that person to show me ANYTHING that VIT D3 is bad for anyone unless we OD them as very anti COVID and any virus and prothyroid health and helps calm and soothe the skin
    6. OMEGA 3 fish oil-1 pill per day and good for skin, joints, also helps lower triglycerides and cholesterols but may need a higher dose but very calming for skin. IF a vegan then you can buy made from SEAWEED but expensive and VERY LOW DOSE so I don't recommend.
    7. Antioxidants-put out the fire of inflammation and more is better-so first is VITAMIN C-start with 1000 mg per day in water and after 1 month increase to 1000 mg twice a day or my ALKALIZE C which is 4000 mg per teaspoon and you start with 1/2 teaspoon per day for 1 month then 1/2 teaspoon twice a day or 1 teaspoon per day.
    8. Melatonin is THE Strongest antioxidant and GLUTATHIONE is second but most glutathione on the market is useless and the 2 on my website are the only ones documented with blood levels to survive the stomach.
THEN comes skin products--Nothing with inflammatory chemicals-see the document of what to avoid--you CANNOT on inflamed skin use anything that exfoliates, no peel and ESPECIALLY NOTHING with acids nor particles and NO GLYCOLIC which will set it on fire.
You first heal the skin with SERUMS and moisturizers if you skin needs moisturizer but again MUST BE NONTOXIC ingreds.

I loved the last video with Julia Hunter! It changed all lot for the better in my skin. She convinced me stop using products with propylene glycol. I no longer have serious itchy skin on my face. I had no idea that was the problem. That ingredient is in nearly everything.

Love it when Dr. Hunter is on. I refer to her videos and interviews often. Once I started taking my vitamins, eating Mediterranean diet and cutting out sugar my over all health and skin improved greatly. My doctors are impressed. Gut health is so important. Thank you Dr. Hunter. x

It’s all great and lovely, but the doctor doesn’t look like she’s got great skin herself at all.

Pretty disappointed that a medic would refer to 'nontoxic' ingredients. It's scaremongering, toxicity is a matter of dosage for most substances

Vegans can eat (freshly) ground linseeds or chia seeds for omega 3. Linseeds are dirt cheap. And if we shouldn‘t eat sushi, why should we consume fishoil?
I‘m very sceptical about blood type thing. However, a dermatologist who tells you what to eat to heal your issues is way better than dermatologists who give you creams that merely fiddle about with symptoms, but never go near to healing yourself.

      www.medifine.co.uk/
You have to e-mail/talk to them first before you can buy the products.
Julia's website does ship to the UK and her website offers some good discounts when you buy multiple products, but shipping/handling is very expensive. As Medifine don't offer these discounts, and shipping is free, it works out about the same price regardless of where you choose to shop.
