1)If u go to the local court and u r not happy with the verdict.. You can go to the High court
2)if not happy with high court's verdict you can go to the supreme court
3)if not happy with supreme court's verdict too then...
If punishment is death penalty then President can look into the matter or else supreme court gives the FINAL DECISION

Ok sir. Your analysis highly reffreshing and educative..But l have some doubts. How can wheel of three wheeler asserts superity over the other two parts ? Are the judges twice or three times born ? Don't get salaries as other govt employees do.? Are not many of them eyeing other lucrative posts like Governer Central Ministers etc. Is entire judicial system corruption and inducement from the state or private sector corporate units ? Your English is. very fine ,but the content-- essence is slightly bent towards one part of fthe inserable other parts. It is possible only monar chies. Sri Rama is not exempt from this slant as SitaDevi was said to believe in the Uttara Ramayana which every Indian reverse. Thank you Sir.
