You should try peel and stick wall paper. It comes right off when you are done. (Not just for Christmas). Your Christmas decor is beautiful and your Mother's Home is gorgeous as well😊

LOL you’re so me-I look at any mantle and just think of the Christmas styling opportunities 😂 Btw, if you want to affordably hide the electrical cords down there without using a bunch of objects, you can use poster board! I’ve even seen people stick faux brick over them, or you can keep it white. Another tip: I usually disguise the ends of my garland with faux greenery picks or stems. Makes the garland fuller too :)
