I just fixed one of the belts in same unit you have, year ago had guy that changed out the belts think he used old belts but I took it apart found one belt was broken didn't have any factory belts so used high quality rubber band same size of the broken one, works great now all doors open up like new again.
Hi, I just purchased this device for my grandpa and he’s been having trouble recording from one Cd to another, would you be able to give us a hand? I’m willing to pay for your instructions Thanks!!
Hi Gabe. Just make sure grandpa chooses the correct source. On the video, I showed that. Then press record afterwards. It will prompt to hit record again to start it.
Thank you for replying!! My grandpa really appreciates this. He wants to select only specific songs from 2 CDs, and transfer them to one. I don’t understand how to individually select the songs and move them over to empty disc in Deck B. I hope you can help out, once again I’m willing to pay for a phone call or something of that sort. Thanks for replying and keep posting!!
@@gabedom7045...when you have the cd you want to record from in 'deck A', press play mode button until red pgm appears. Once you've done that, turn the knob on the track selector to desired track number & press knob in firmly once. Select to next track number desired with same knob & press knob again. Once you press record on 'deck B', those tracks selected will record. When finished, press finalize. It will ask 'finalize? '.. press 'yes' button & simply wait.
Blank disc is good. Press the record button after it says blank disc. After that press play to start recording track 1. Press record when you want to mark the beginning next track.

As long as it works!👍
I have one like this since 2005. I had a problem with the B side when reading the discs. Apparently there to warm the lens.
Actually you want to press the 'yes' button when it asks you 'finalize?'..
I too got one since 2007 for the past 15 years and it still plays and record.
WHAT ABOUT STAND BY MODE TO MAKE SURE YOUR NOT RECORDING TO LOUD
How does it hook up in the back
What cord are u using to hook up the burner to phone?
I'm simply using mini jack to rca cable for the phone that connects to the RCA input into the Sony recorder. Hope that helps. Thank you for watching.

Hi I'm having the same problem as one other user the c14 code what do you suggest is that an easy fix
mines just says blank disc

Help! When I try to finalize, it shows a TOC error C14 blank disc. I have tried several times using a memorex CD-R Music disc. What am I doing wrong?
That error is a media problem. The music disc should work. The only other thing may be the recording laser not working properly.
