No, The glue will not hold it because the lip is too small. the screws are going to be in the bottom so it's not going to be visible 👍
Just put 3M double tape and the screws
U have so much creativity why not make ur own diffuser

Yeah I think it should fit but check first if the bottom of the rear bumper has a flat area at least 1” of a flat area to put the screws 👍
Not hating but you should buy a another car as a project car and fix it up....you are over doing it with the corolla👍🏼👍🏼
