5 seconds in and nostalgia has hit me so hard I can feel tears forming. I was around 10 when I first listened to this masterpiece. It feels so far away yet so near. I don't know why but I don't remember much about my childhood yet I am still young but I remember every single word from this song's chorus. I didn't understand the meaning back then but now I do and it makes much more sense and the vibe it had back then is still there. Hurts to think that I will never have the chance to see sauti sol as a band perform live because of their break up and I know I can't afford their last show.😢
Hope when I'm older and on my feet they will decide to give their fans another performance as a band or maybe I'll be rich enough to get them back together 😅.
