Bioinformatics, sure, astronomy, sure (AI may miss one or a million stars at a billion light years away, it is still OK)... but he who thinks he can design the wing of a plane (i.e., solving Navier-Stokes Equations) with AI will get a big prize for the most imaginative and daring day-dreaming. And big relief: students don't need to learn any other numerical method beyond SGD.
