[Taste the World Cuisine in U.S.A.] - Egypt Episode
From Egypt to the States, from food truck to restaurant. Dina, owner of the restaurant makes sure every customer is greeted and has a good time. When we got there, we thought many of the customers were the "regulars" because Dina chatted at almost every table! After talking with her, we found out that she just wanted to greet every customer to make sure everyone had what they needed and felt cozy while dining there.
Also have to point out that Dina used to work for a non-profit organization (Coptic Orphans) for eight years before starting Fava Pot. She is partnering with that organization now to continue to give back to help the Egyptian community. The goal is to help gifted girls who cannot afford their education. Love the great cause behind eating Egyptian cuisine!
