I usually use my paint brush or a craft stick to mix my paints. Your sign turned out cute. PS Saw tooth hanger!!

Super cute St. Patty's Day decor. Yes, your lines are good and I mix my paint with just a paint brush. It usually works fine for me, but I'm thinking you can probably use anything. Not sure why your chalk paint was cracking, unless you dried it with a dryer or heat gun....then it will definitely bubble up or crack. Tfs and I hope you have a wonderful day! Jackie 😍
I did dry it with a heat gun! I had no idea it would do that lol my first time using it really! Thanks for the tip and thank you for watching!
