    Using 2 piping bags is a good idea. much easier than striping the bag! Thanks for the tip :)

    Hi, Rosie. That cake looks absolutely beautiful and stunning. Hans Christian Andersen himself would be proud. The way you make the cake is just wonderfully done, just like the actual character in the movie. You really outdone yourself. Your sweet smoothing calm narration really relaxes the aspiring bakers like me. Your beautiful cakes means a lot to me. Thank you so much for everything so far. I am thankful to have a wonderful baker like you and IntheKitchenwithKate, another great UA-camr. I hope to see ya in the next vid, Rosie. I appreciate your kind support. Byron. ;-)

    if i want to make a buttercream doll cake at home, can i make a day before and keep in fridge , will it become hard?

    • @Rosiesdessertspot
      @Rosiesdessertspot  8 років тому

      Thank you so much :) Yes you can, the buttercream on the outside will crust regardless, I put my buttercream cakes in the fridge.

    How long can this stay at room temperature or do I have to put in the fridge until it's time to serve? Thanks for the recipe.

      I feel terrible saying that because I am sure they taste other wise. But just thought Id be honest. Maybe because in other tutorials I see on youtube they don't chill their cakes before evening them out and use a lot of simple syrup. Anyways keep up the great work!
