We ARE given a specific image that women should drink alcohol. Every show i watch ppl are fixing themselves a drink after a long day or taking shots with friends to unwind, commercials, society in general, it's shoved down our throats and you wouldn't even notice it until you pay attention. This book opened my eyes to why AA never worked for me and that there are alternative methods to wellness. It's so refreshing to have such truth straight to your face, Holly i tell everyone about your book bc it truly was the only thing that worked for me. You could say this book gave me life back. So THANK YOU so much, i am eternally grateful ❤

Holly, I believe you are an Angel disguised as a human being. I wish to hell that I had found your book years ago. I have struggled for many years on a real rollercoaster ride of misery. I finally read a book that tells me the truth. I feel empowered and strong using your guidance for the first time ever trying to free my soul. Thank you is not enough here. Ye, I know the path I take is ultimately up to me, but thank you for showing me the way!! I hope you are living the wonderful life you so deserve.

No, we are not given any specific message that we, as women, are supposed to drink alcohol. How is this passed on? Commercials? Other women,? This is simply your thought process. I have not had a drink in over 17 years and it had nothing to do with "should".

Are you a mom because for some reasons there is a norm assumption that "mommy needs wine"
