@@poopybutt2232 I'm not *actually* complaining, it's shit talking for fun. It sets up an underdog story. You need some banter, or these things are kinda boring. Dekks and I have known each other and been helping each other out on UA-cam for like 5 years, it's all in good fun for us.
To answer the question, a meme for me would probably be a deck that's doing something to intentionally make itself worse for the sake of a gag. So like, Cerebro 2 and 3 maybe not as memey as Cerebro 0 or Cebebro 15 (although those might be TOO memey even for this particular matchup, haha).
These two decks were actually pretty fairly matched though, due to some surprisingly relevant accidental counters we each had.

Step 1: Tell them you are playing a meme deck, then bring a deck with cards like Bast and Valkyrie and totally bamboozle them.

In the last 10 years is kinda excessive because I feel Legends of Runeterra still deserves recognition as an absolutely incredible card game that it is.
