In this clip, Freeway Ricky weighed in on the phenomenon of guys joining gangs well into their 20s. Freeway said that's a clear sign that they're confused and haven't taken into consideration the actual dangers that come with gang life.
I ain’t gonna lie. When Sada said he started banging in his 20’s i had to side eye that. Most ppl I know started banging when they were even too young to grasp the concept of anything, let alone a gang 😂😭...dudes your age are Og’s by now 😭😂

It is strange because when I was in high school I joined and started tagging crews but then later when I was 22 I was around hardcore crips everyday in Watts, I was building a underground gangster rap label and became family but I wouldn’t think of joining not because I judge gangbanging , it just doesn’t make sense it would be really weird, I don’t think they would want me to join either at that age, that’s the age where things start to slow down and you mature, mentally it’s a really strange choice unless it’s for marketing but that’s watered down and disrespects the authenticity

Sada is a rapper,the bloods probably found him he didn't find the bloods. That is the case with alot of these rappers. Some would also argue its cheap security,so even when rappers are getting extorted,they are paying less than they would pay for real proffessional security. Its cost some rappers their lives and probably saved others. I wish it had no place in hiphop but it is what it is.
