Doesn't matter who you are in life, one has to learn how to Manage Anxiety and Depression in a Constructive and not Destructive Manner!!! One way is to remove Toxic People and Substances from your Life!!!
Unless you have experienced addiction in the first and third person (family member) one cannot understand the insanity of it all. In 12 Step programs there is an eventual admission that we are insane and it actually is humorous. From their, one can work toward healthy and lasting sobriety, knowing that a relapse is at the door without due diligence.
